Hey everyone, first I would like to say thank you for always answers my many questions over the past few weeks. Many have helped and given advice which has been very helpful. I am under my first full renovation and the task is a little daunting. Everything has not went perfect but I feel after a few seasons I will have a great lawn.

Now to my question. I am seeing some areas in my 3 week old tttf wilting brown and dying. It's was hot and humid/rainy all last week which I believe may have caused disease. Maybe brown patch? What would be your advice for me? Yesterday I applied propiconazole at 2 ounces per 1000sqft. Tomorrow I will be picking up disease ex from my local big box store and throwing it down at a curative rate. I also purchased some heritage g which should be here in a couple of days. I am looking to rate heritage g and propiconazole from here on out.

In the photos you can see the turf starting to darken and thin out in certain areas. At a closer looks you can see the tips are brown and some of it has already died off.

Once again thanks for all the help you guys have given me, it is much appreciated.
