Hi Everyone -
First, big thanks to the group and g-man for his guide as I've successfully established my lawn as the best in the neighborhood. I have a trouble spot in the corner of my lawn that might not be getting enough water, is underneath a pine tree, and likely has a hard surface underneath it that is preventing deep roots. Is anyone able to tell from the pictures what this grass is suffering from? I'm guessing the root cause is one of the issues I listed above, but I'm not sure if this is a clear sign of not having enough water, not having deep enough roots, or something else.
Thanks in advance!
