You can pretty much lay warm-season sod any time of the year. It will be slower to establish but it'll be just fine.

FWIW... we will be putting down almost 15K sf of Palisades at my church next weekend here in Panama City.

Are we going to get pics of this @Redtwin? I remember when you leveled the church lawn last year.

I will definitely have photos. We spent all day yesterday prepping (grading and picking up rocks and debris) but we can't get the sod until next weekend. It's supposed to start raining Wednesday night. I really hope it light and doesn't wash out all our work.
