I'm no expert but my vote says Dallisgrass. I dont think I have ever got crabs this early. They usually hit in peak summer for me. If its in my lawn in March, April, May its most likely Dallisgrass in my lawn. YMMV
@mrigney appears to be correct. Dallisgrass has a unique growth pattern and crazy root system. Quinclorac should smoke it. If you only have Celsius, I have had good luck with it on crabgrass too. If you only have a couple, paint them with glyphosate and surfactant.
