So on a whim at 7pm last night I put down Bayer Lawn weed and crabgrass Killer, mostly spot spraying crabgrass. I've had good luck with this product before.
It's been raining since 6am and currently at 1.5"
Label says rainproof in 1 hour.

So, could I be expecting any sort of results or is this a wash?

It was on the weeds longer than 1hr. 11hr to be exact, so it should work.

You'll likely need a second dose, even if it didn't rain.

Wait a week or two or whatever the directions say and then spray again.

Yeah, Thanks. I was curious if it's just wasted product and time and what exactly "Rainproof in 1 hour" really means. Some products claim stuff only to be disappointed.

I anticipated a second app, but these seem fairly young, so hope to see some damage on the first app and then finish them off on the second.
