Cool season Spring planting advice

Just to give a brief backstory, I wanted to redo a 10,000sq foot area at my kids school that was all crab/weeds/mud. Fall plantings are pretty much out because kids are back in school, so decided to try and make a spring planting go and it has. Parts are excellent, as good as I could have hoped. Other sections are not so looking for advice.

I did a soil test in April before I started, but the church board decided to add some "top soil" that was very high in clay content. My kids were crafting clay figures with it, it would stretch and tear like taffy, not break apart. Anyway, so I'm sure the results aren't exactly accurate, but probably aren't far off after that was added. It was all spread and tilled to 2" to mix with existing. Big points, low in organic matter, high PH, low N and K. High Mg and Ph.

I used a premium seed TTTF
  • 20% DAYBREAK TURF-TYPE TALL FESCUE
  • 20% 4TH MILLENNIUM SRP TURF-TYPE TALL FESCUE
  • 20% TITAN GLX TURF-TYPE TALL FESCUE
  • 20% XANADU TURF-TYPE TALL FESCUE
  • 20% BONFIRE TURF-TYPE TALL FESCUE

I'm in NE WI, Seeded in 2 directions, broadcast then ran slice seeder. Starter fert with mesitrione was used at seed down and again after my first mow. Kept up with water and had really great success I thought, though it was slower than I thought it would be. But now natural water has been less. I've made sure to give it at least 1" per week thru timed sprinklers over 3 mornings of 4-8 am watering.

You can see from these pictures, some is doing very well and other areas are yellowing, look like maybe a fungus?? with those spots, but I'm far from a grass expert. Where it is struggling crab is exploding between rows of planted grass. I do have a plan for that, but i'm more concerned about the yellow, weak and dying grass. It all as the same prep, seed, water, fert etc.

In 2 weeks I plan to start feeding every 2 weeks with N until end of Oct at least depending on temps at the time. Below are photos, any suggestions?

Much looks like this, exactly how I want it

This is a struggling area.
Here's a close up of the blades.

And here is one backed up a bit to show rows of crab, but I'm going to use an all stages post emergent on them and hit it with a good Pre-M in the spring and summer next year.

I would start with nitrogen now. Granular.

Check your irrigation on that area via an irrigation audit.

The lawn does looks to have a fungus, but I'm not sure if it because the lack of grow.

You can use Quinclorac for the crabgrass now, but ensure you have the grass growing healthy before you use a herbicide.
