Towards the beginning of the month I had about 10 days straight of rain, which means when I was finally able to cut I had a lot of grass clippings to dispose of. Well, since they were nice and clean - no weeds or anything like that - I put it all in my garden beds around my peppers. Turns out, grass clippings make great mulch and they will enrich the soil as well as they break down. They retain moisture and help greatly reduce runoff when watering.
In the meanwhile, I've started applying fungicides(azoxystrobin+propiconazole) and PGR. What say ye, are clippings from treated grass ok to use around vegetables? I'm not talking clippings with chemical residue on them, but maybe after a rain once the stuff has washed off. The fungicide is obviously still inside the plant for a while.
