Looked around the internet and can't seem to find a working time on how long these herbicides take to see changes in weed presence or color. What should I be expecting as far as time line on these two herbicides?

Probably a week or two - maybe longer this time of year.

It took a week to see any yellowing, another week to see any shriveling, and another week for them to disappear. Talking about Celsius. My yard is now weed free though.
