I've put down to fungicide apps since Memorial Day. The last two weeks have been upper 90's or 100's and brown patch has really taken over my lawn. This is the first year I've been good with watering. (4:30) in the morning. I'm curious if I should put another fungicide app down or let nature run its course? I can cut back on watering. I'm really only mowing every two weeks right now because it isn't growing well. Will brown patch kill my turf or will it come back in the fall?

Are you sure it's brown patch and not something else? A closeup picture of the affected grass blades should help us identify it.

In my experience when fungal pressure is high you have to put down fungicide about every 2 weeks, so 2 apps since Memorial Day may not be enough.

Summer patch will kill kbg in those spots it infected, you will need to reseed or wait for kbg to fill in. It will also come back every year in same spots unless treated starting in the spring when soil temps reach 65 degrees. Heritage is the go to for this, needs to be watered in to soil/root zone since summer patch is a root based disease.
