Brown leaf spots in St Aug Lawn

I have a few patches of spots like these in my lawn and I'm not sure how to treat them. Anyone know what this is, or what I could do to combat it?

Fungus everyone seems to have it this time of year. Propiconazole 14.3 or eagle 20 should take care of it. Propiconazole is what I used.
