Does anyone have this unit? It seems to have pretty good reviews online, but I'd like to hear firsthand from someone here if possible.

I just have my driveway, curb, and a small amount of front walk that needs edging (~100 total linear feet), so I don't mind the trade off of using an extension cord once a week if it means not having to keep mixed gas.

My neighbor had one. It seemed to work okay, but he eventually upgraded to a 2-stroke stick edger.

If I was staying away from mixing fuel, I would probably look into something like the Ego 56V system. They offer a stick edger attachment. I got their 530CFM blower for Christmas and it is pretty nice.

Thanks for the suggestion, Ware. I'll see if my local Home Depot can get it. They do carry the other Ego mowers and accessories.

For some reason in Canada, the retailers will carry gas and electric mowers, string trimmers, blowers, but never actual bladed edgers.
