Black Beauty Ultra Consensus

I'll be doing a fall renovation and wanted to use an easily accessible, but still good quality seed to mix with KBG Midnight. I was thinking of JG BBU because of the consistency and ease of access (Prime off of Amazon) whenever I need more. Has the forum reached a conclusion on mixing this with a KBG or overall quality?

Good looking grass blend. A friend of mine in Bensalem, Pa used it (Fescue / KBB blend)during renovation this past fall. Grass looks gorgeous. It does have a waxy look to it. Like a sedge.

Black beauty ultra has prg in it iirc.

I'm not a fan of prg because it dies quick in the heat.

Otherwise it's a really good looking grass.

Does anyone have a picture of what the black beauty ultra looks like? I'm curious about the waxy look.

It's probably from the prg which has one dull and one glossy side, also why it stripes so well.

I believe regular Black Beauty is all TTTF if I recall correctly..
