Best Potassium Fert or Liqiud?

I have also been using the 0-0-25 Growth Products liquid to correct a K deficiency. @Chris LI mentioned the high pH of the product which got me thinking. My pH is in the normal range, so should I be adding something to the tank to buffer the pH to lower it? How much of an effect would 8-10 applications of this throughout the growing season have on soil PH?
