I've been fighting this for two years. I'm wondering how can I get my St Augustine to over take areas on Bermuda? I cut @4 inches, fertilizer regularly, and water as needed. What else am I doing wrong.
I will take closer pictures because it may be hard to notice in this pic.
Lean it out and grow more trees. If you have specific areas where it is all bermuda, use glyphosate to kill it and sod or plug the St Augustine into the areas.
x2. If you want the St Augustine to take over shade it and cut off the N. St Augustine is not supposed to be ultra green. If it is, that is an invitation for Gray Leaf Spot and Bermuda grass takeover.
