That looks more similar to the clearer dimpled in the center one in my hand. I know the color can vary from yellowish to white. Looks like they may have packed urea into my first bag. Probably way overapplied it thinking it was ams. Who knows since they come in brown paper bags that a human has to fill.

 

The stuff I got this year looks almost like Raw Sugar from Starbucks. 😳🤷‍♂️

 

It is just process variation. Its all good. If you want a uniform product, then you will need to pay more for it (eg greens grade).

 

All I know is I have the AMS from Lowes that's like the completely white, irregularly round pictures here and I have spray-grade AMS that's translucent and more crystal like. Both dissolve fine.
