@Suburban Jungle Life took the time to write this Fungus Guide . It describes what to use, what to alternate, etc.

There are no miracle products. As you learn more about your lawn, you will get the experience of what fungus you had in the past and prevent those or those typical with your area. But good cultural practices are by far a better prevention than fungicides.

@Cincinnati guy, there are also Biofungicides, made of bacteria, that are used for disease prevention. I use Serenade. There are no use restrictions for it for turf...you can apply as often as you'd like without the hassle of rotation or fear of unbalancing your soil fungi. It's not as powerful as the chemicals, even for prevention, but my experience is that it definitely helps. They're also non-toxic to humans. I feel like they're more affordable, too, if you buy them in bulk.
