Thought about posting this in general discussion, but thought there might be some valuable nuance of aerating reel-cut bermuda, so here I am!

Planned on renting and aerating this Saturday, but if these soggy wet conditions persist, I'm thinking it may be better to wait. The front yard is fairly flat, but the back has some tricky slopes/corners, and I dont want to tear things up to much.

Is this a valid concern? Have any of you had experience aerating in wet conditions? Should I hold off?

I would wait until it's not saturated.

You ideally would have some moisture so it pulls the plugs and it's the hard pack.

Too muddy and it ain't gonna pull the plugs and it'll rut up and till the yard for you!
