I am looking for to buy some 1gal spray bottles for spot spraying Tenacity, Dismiss, Quinclorac, etc. Id like something similar to the jug that Ortho Weed B Gon comes in thats refillable and the battery powered trigger/wand. Any advice on where I could purchase something like that?

I think it is best a dual approach. Apply something that prevents/cures the bp and nitrogen to aid in the recovery of new growth.

Edit: how this end up in this thread. It goes in the brown patch one. Oops.

In the past I have always used regular hand pump sprayers and a 4gal pump backpack hand prayer. I have sinced moved into a larger lot and don't use the backpack sprayer anymore. But I have since read a handful of pros that don't recommend the pumps, as it can fluctuate your dosage based on pressure in the bottles. And they recommend using a battery powered backpack to keep it more consistent. To an extent I can see their reasoning. I just didn't know how much of an actual effect it really had??

A battery sprayer helps with consistency and not much muscles. A constant flow valve also helps with consistent output. All this helps reduce all the variables at play( walking speed, nozzle, overlap).

A hand held gallon will work as long as you could keep pumping to maintain the pressure/spray pattern cosntant. I've being using a 4gallon hand pump backpack sprayer and it works for me. Practice does help.

i have a 4gal battery powered sprayer that I use mainly on my front yard for blanket sprays and insecticides around the perimeter of the house. What I am looking for is something like this https://www.domyown.com/ortho-weed-gon-plus-crabgrass-control-readytouse-p-15907.html?sub_id=15912 (the bottle, not the product)

I dont want to spend $400-$500 dollars on multiple 4 gallon backpack sprayers when I am only mixing maybe .5 gallons of product for spot spraying.

Oh, now I understand. I only use the backpack for blanket applications (pgr, prodiamine, etc). I use these small containers for spot spraying.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000E28UQU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_ralfBbCRRGX5X

Usually, Lowe's/HD will give them away for free with the purchase of a concentrated wbg during their sales. I have around 4 of them. One is strictly for round up, one with some herbicide, one for insects stuff, and an empty one.

Multiple edits: trying to get the amazon link to work. I gave up. Search for chapin and look at the $8 one.
