I would start by contacting the HOA and find out what they are doing and go from there. I would also recommend getting a soil test so you know what you are dealing with. I would give more advice, but I have no experience with warm season lawns.
Advice For Crummy Lawn
I would like to improve my lawn and am looking for general advice.
Our HOA handles the yard care so I have no idea what they do as far as fertilizing, etc.
Also, I am battling a mole and I think he contributes to a fair bit of the poor coverage.
I’m completely new to this, and could use any and all pointers. I appreciate it.
