I guess I could just go the hardware store and try to figure this out, but figured someone here probably knew already. Most of the parts for my walking boom arrived earlier in the week and I had also ordered the Teejet 11/16 female to QC adapter (QJT-NYB) so I could use my new tips with the Chapin wand too. I went to screw onto the wand and thought all was well until I noticed it wouldn't tighten down. It seems like it's 11/16, but maybe a different thread pattern? Has anyone put the QC adapter on a Chapin wand? Is there a specific adapter I should look for?

I just got off of the phone with Chapin support and was told that their thread pattern is proprietary. What a stupid practice! Since the QC adapter is relatively inexpensive, I'll probably try some solvent cement and if that doesn't work, I'll go ahead and replace the entire wand. What a bummer.

That's pretty common in the sprayer parts world. SImilarly, I think the 11/16 is unique to TeeJet components.
